Convenient location close to the business center makes it perfect for exploring the city. Being near Parliament, restaurants, and a lively pedestrian street 🚶‍♂️ adds to its appeal for visitors.

I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant with good food. Good service from all the extremely friendly staff that I interacted with.

The staff at this hotel were caring and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent and unbeatable, just off the Byward Market, tourist locations, and the city center.- We greatly enjoyed eating in the attached restaurant nearby.

The rooms with functioning AC, comfortable beds, soft drinks. Good service, parking on site. The ambience was quiet. Favourable location, easy to get around Ottawa by a train station located near the hotel. Only 10 min walk to downtown. A reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. They provide an American breakfast with variety of options. The location was peaceful and awesome, right by downtown-Parliament and restaurants and downtown. Efficient check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was polite.

The room here was stylish and tidy, and it had a bathtub; breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced.

The location was prime for walking around Supreme Court of Canada. It took us 19 minutes to drive to this quiet and upgraded accommodation from the airport.

Very small room, terribly loud, loud air conditioning, very loud from the back under the window, breakfast limited to 13 dollars - no tax... You can't get anything out of it.

The hotel is upgraded and located in a nice building with top-notch rooms. The staff are really friendly and give their best to make the stay a fine experience. It has a particularly good location to see Library and Archives Canada. I truly enjoyed the American breakfast they serve.

The hotel is now a Holiday Inn and no longer a Radisson and was completely renovated in May 2019. It is clean, the beds are great, the TV is great and the location is perfect!

Lovely bed, very friendly staff and within walking distance of the city center, it was also worth the price.

The hotel's modern design stands out and I loved my neat room with a tub, comfy beds, and a nice view. The location is great, close to a train station. The food is outstanding with a variety of meals available.

We have been there for 3 nights, beds were made but you had to ask for supplies : coffee, shampoo toilet paper etc. Was not replenished
