Queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. They provide an American breakfast with variety of options. The location was peaceful and awesome, right by downtown-Parliament and restaurants and downtown. Efficient check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was polite.

The rooms with functioning AC, comfortable beds, soft drinks. Good service, parking on site. The ambience was quiet. Favourable location, easy to get around Ottawa by a train station located near the hotel. Only 10 min walk to downtown. A reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

A stellar stay! This hotel is an ideal spot near historic attractions. The staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating were nice. Plus, the mini-fridge and microwave were a great touch for our pre-marathon meals. Highly recommend for an lovely visit!

The hotel is now a Holiday Inn and no longer a Radisson and was completely renovated in May 2019. It is clean, the beds are great, the TV is great and the location is perfect!
